When you’re buying a home, everything is negotiable — and that includes your buyer’s agent fee.
I expect to be compensated by the seller. If the offered commission doesn’t meet the agreed target, I adjust my employment agreement so that you’re never surprised by extra fees. Your out-of-pocket expenses should remain focused on your down payment and closing costs, not on agent compensation.
